Bookings Calendar How to book the Villa...
   
The Villa is available to rent all year round. Minimum stay is a week, change over day usually Saturday but we can be flexible.

Departure by 10.00 hrs, arrival after 16.00 hrs.

Linen is provided together with towels for the pool, however, should you prefer to bring your own please advise when booking.

Prices per week:

These rates are per week and based on up to 4 people, an additional charge will be made for linen should an additional 2 people stay.

Please note that prices are shown in USD (United States Dollars).

  • Daily rental price's are displayed when pointer is over desired rental dates.

  • Complete and Fill in the Booking Form which appears below your dates

  • Click "Book" to Confirm your Reservation

  • Please note that we require a 25% Deposit to Secure your Reservation

  • Our Payments are processed Securely by PayPal - payment can be made with your PayPal Account or any Credit Card (PayPal account not required to book!).

  • To confirm your reservation, you will be requested to pay securely via PayPal 50% of the total cost of your rental, please click here to view our full payment and refund policy.

  • If you are interested in renting the Villa long-term please contact us and we'll get back to within 24 hours to confirm your rental dates.

On occasion we offer special rates.

Discounts apply for continuous night bookings as follows:

1-7 10%
7-14 20%
15 days or more 25%
 
Important Notes:-

Bookings are not confirmed until paid in full. Refunds will only be given where 7 days notice or more is provided.

An email confirmation will be provided with the full details of your stay including your payment receipt.
